Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Teely.shop (operated by PrintBere) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Merchants: account email and password (stored as a secure hash), shop branding and content you upload, billing settings, and records of fulfillment charges.

Shoppers: when you place an order — your name, email, shipping address, and the items ordered. Payments are processed by the storefront's payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. If you join a shop's newsletter, we store your email for that shop. If you use a shop's contact form, your name, email, and message are delivered to that Merchant so they can reply.

Storefront analytics: we record basic first-party events such as a store visit, product view, add to cart, checkout start, and completed order. We use a one-way hash of a random browser-tab session identifier, the product reference, general device class, and the referring site's hostname. We do not store a raw IP address, the referring page path, or a cross-site advertising identifier for merchant analytics.

How we use it

To operate storefronts, produce and ship orders, send transactional email (confirmations, shipping updates, account notices), bill merchants for fulfillment, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only what's needed to do the job: order details and shipping addresses go to our production and shipping systems and carriers; merchant billing details go to our payment processor (Stripe); transactional email is delivered through our email provider. Each Merchant can see the orders and newsletter signups for their own shop and receives messages submitted through its contact form. We disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep merchants signed in and remember their selected shop, and your cart is stored in your own browser. Storefront analytics uses random session storage in the current browser tab to count a visit without recognizing you across sites. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and security

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and legal obligations. Storefront event records are retained for a limited reporting period. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to what operations require.

Your choices

You can update or delete your merchant account content from your dashboard, unsubscribe from a shop's newsletter at any time, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@teely.shop. We honor deletion requests except where records must be retained by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the effective date; material changes are announced on the Service or by email.
